Meet Wilma Founder and Travel Experience Curator
My love of travel began as a personal journey, one that carried me through more than 40 countries and 60 islands, rocks and cays.
Along the way, travel became more than seeing beautiful places. It gave me space to heal, reconnect with myself, deepen my faith and rediscover joy. I began sharing those journeys through Travelling Island Gems, never imagining that my personal travel blog would eventually grow into something other women could experience with me.
Today, I curate and host intimate gatherings, Caribbean escapes and group travel experiences for women who want to explore, rest and connect. Every travel experience reflects the way I love to travel: thoughtfully, beautifully and with attention to the moments that make a journey meaningful.
I am still the Travelling Island Gem, still exploring, sharing and documenting my journey. But now, I am also creating space for other women to become part of the story.
What began as my journey is becoming our invitation to see more of the world.
